eBeautyTrade — is a B2B multi-vendor platform for the professional beauty industry in the Middle East. Its trade members are Aesthetic Clinics, prestigious Spas, Salons, and Concept Stores.
Objectives
Increase brand awareness among professional beauty industry in the MENA region, generate leads through paid social channels, e-mail follow-ups to nurture the leads and convert them to sales.
The Challenge
— As a B2B business Ebeautytrade was not leveraging LinkedIn and Facebook ads as a powerful lead generation tool
— Email database was outdated and unsegmented
— Email templates were not optimized for mobile devices that resulted in low conversion rates.
